About the role

We are seeking a qualified Esthetician specialized in facial care to join a high‑end beauty salon in Cocody 8th Tranche. Reporting to the salon manager, you will provide personalized facial treatments and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments tailored to each client’s skin type and needs.
• Welcome, advise, and accompany clients with professionalism.
• Maintain high quality standards by following established treatment protocols.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Build client loyalty by delivering a premium service experience.

Required profile

• Formal training in aesthetics or cosmetology.
• Relevant experience in facial care (0‑2 years acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and customer focus.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, rigorous, and passionate about beauty.

• Facial treatment techniques.

What we offer

• Salary of 150,000 FCFA plus a 30,000 FCFA performance bonus.
• Work schedule: Tuesday‑Friday & Saturday 09:30‑20:30, Sunday 13:00‑19:00, Monday off.
