About the role
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost. The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private‑sector engagement and investment to build a more sustainable African space ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Support policy dialogue between European and African space stakeholders.
- Facilitate institutional cooperation and partnership development.
- Assist programme governance and coordination activities.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in international relations, public policy, law, political science, space policy or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international cooperation, public policy or institutional advisory work.
- At least 4 years of experience working on EU and/or African Union policy frameworks and institutional processes, including inter‑institutional dialogue and programme governance.
