Event Coordinator Internship

About the role

Roche is looking for a motivated intern to support the coordination of national and international events. The role provides administrative assistance to the events team and ensures smooth collaboration with external partners such as healthcare professionals, organizations, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate logistics for both international and national events.
• Communicate evolving requirements and planning details between team members and external partners.
• Handle meeting logistics, facilitate collaboration, and remove obstacles that affect project progress.
• Maintain timelines, priorities, and documentation for each event.
• Provide administrative support for event initiators before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance for third‑party selection, due‑diligence, and payment processes.
• Ensure proper record‑keeping of promotional and non‑promotional activities.
• Oversee contract execution, document collection, and signature processes.
• Communicate event details internally and externally while adhering to SOPs and policies.
• Work with Compliance on monitoring and corrective actions.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent written and spoken French; good English is a plus.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑service orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible and able to work autonomously.
