About the role

The company seeks an Environmental and QHSE specialist to lead the implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan (PGES) on telecom infrastructure construction sites across Côte d'Ivoire. You will ensure that all activities comply with environmental regulations and social safeguards, especially in rural environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor the PGES on all telecom construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, local authorities, and communities to manage environmental and social impacts.
• Prepare and submit regular compliance reports and corrective action plans.
• Support the integration of sustainable practices in project execution.

Required profile

• Higher education in Environmental Management, HSE or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental services for infrastructure projects.
• At least three documented implementations of PGES for telecom works, with one experience in a rural setting.

Required skills

• Implementation of PGES (Environmental and Social Management Plan).
