About the role
We are seeking a qualified QHSE Expert for a minimum six‑month assignment in Abidjan. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System while addressing health, safety, and environmental risks within the energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the organization.
- Map and evaluate specific health, safety, and environmental risks.
- Develop and transfer a comprehensive QMS action plan.
- Train a team of supervisors on QMS procedures and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed mission reports for management review.
Required profile
- Educational background equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5 (Master’s level).
- Availability for a fixed‑term contract of at least six months.
- Proven ability to design and roll out quality management systems.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
- Strong communication skills for training and reporting.
