Fans Operation Team Lead

About the role

The Fans Operation Team Lead will drive the management of fan test users and ensure high‑quality feedback loops between users and product teams. You will act as the bridge that translates real‑world usage into actionable insights for product development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a community of fan test users.
• Guide fans to provide detailed, scene‑level feedback on environment, operation, issues, and feelings.
• Create and maintain a structured feedback template to improve issue reporting quality.
• Collaborate with product, testing, and R&D teams to follow up on and close reported issues.
• Conduct regular fan interviews, distill user needs, and synchronize findings with product planning.
• Coordinate specific experience activities with partner organisations and recycle users for future trials.
• Review and summarise fan trial outcomes and continuously improve subsequent work.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in user, community, or fan operations.
• Proven ability to collect, organise, and analyse user feedback.
• Strong understanding of real‑world usage scenarios and the capacity to break them down.
• Experience guiding users to articulate problems clearly.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration with product, testing, and R&D teams.
• Focus on feedback quality and problem resolution.
• Experience in mobile phone, digital, app, or beta‑trial environments is a plus.
