Field Sales Representative (H/F) – DUEKOUE

About the role

UMO Interim CI is launching a large recruitment drive for 400 field sales agents across Côte d'Ivoire. The position is based in DUEKOUE and focuses on the Adzopé area, where you will prospect new customers, convince them of the value proposition, and grow an existing client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients within the Adzopé territory.
• Present products or services, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Baccalaureate (high school diploma).
• Previous experience in sales or commercial activities is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and clear verbal communication.
• Motivation for field work, dynamism, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to meet sales objectives.
