About the role
UMO Interim CI is launching a large recruitment drive for 400 field sales agents across Côte d'Ivoire. This position is based in Man and focuses on prospecting, convincing, and expanding the client portfolio within the Adzopé area.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in the Adzopé region.
- Present company offerings and persuade prospects to become clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio.
- Achieve defined sales targets and report progress regularly.
Required profile
- Minimum Baccalaureate education.
- Commercial experience is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and clear speech.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Dynamic, motivated, and comfortable with field work.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and goal‑orientation.
