Finance Manager – Ghana Revenue & WCA Opex

About the role

Visa is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of its Ghana cluster while operating from the Abidjan office. The role combines financial planning, analysis, reporting, and partnership with regional teams to support revenue and operating expense objectives across West Central Africa (WCA).

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end reporting for the Ghana cluster P&L and WCA operating expenses.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for Ghana revenue and overall WCA Opex.
• Implement strategies to mitigate bad debts and support revenue management and investment decisions.
• Analyse key business drivers for strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Model and review client deals, ensuring alignment with financial goals and incentive contract compliance.
• Ensure all spend requests and deals are captured, recorded and reported in line with Visa policies.
• Provide guidance to business partners on budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Collaborate with finance business partners in WCA and CEMEA Hub to communicate deal timelines, risks and opportunities.
