Fixed Network Product Manager

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Fixed Network Product Manager to lead market analysis, solution development, and go‑to‑market activities for its fixed‑network portfolio in Côte d'Ivoire. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on project execution to expand Huawei's presence in the FTTH, WDM, and IP domains.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and customer insight analysis to shape business strategies and develop scenario‑specific solutions, network designs, and bids.
• Manage the installed base and improve market landscape, guiding customers in network planning, budgeting, and construction to capture key opportunities.
• Lead go‑to‑market and product expansion initiatives, execute marketing activities, and generate leads to grow market share.
• Translate customer requirements into product and solution plans, enhancing competitiveness.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in the communications industry with familiarity of telecom operator services.
• Proficiency in English and strong French language skills.
• Excellent communication and rapid problem‑solving abilities.
