About the role

The Floorman/Roustabout will work on oil and gas sites in Côte d'Ivoire, supporting drilling operations and ensuring equipment is ready for use. This hands‑on position requires physical stamina and a solid understanding of field procedures.

Key responsibilities

Handle and position tubing and other drill‑related components.
Perform routine maintenance on drilling and support equipment.
Assist the driller with daily tasks and operational needs.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

Minimum two years of experience in the oil or gas sector.
Educational background equivalent to BAC+2.
Ability to work in challenging field conditions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
