About the role

We are seeking seasoned banking trainers to deliver expert-level instruction to bank employees on a wide range of financial and operational topics. The role involves designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of staff across credit, digital solutions, compliance and customer relationship functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training sessions on credit analysis, monetary transactions, and financial analysis.
• Teach the preparation and structuring of credit dossiers.
• Provide instruction on client relationship management and anti‑money‑laundering, fraud and financial crime prevention.
• Lead workshops on operational excellence, banking services, and digital support solutions.
• Cover governance, risk management and banking compliance topics.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of each banking client.

Required profile

• University degree at BAC+5 level or higher (Master’s, PhD) in finance, banking or a related field.
• Proven experience training bank personnel on the listed subjects.
• Strong ability to design curricula, create training materials and assess learner progress.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of credit analysis and financial analysis.
• Understanding of digital banking solutions and operational processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, AML, fraud and financial crime prevention.
