About the role

We are seeking an experienced stock manager (rayonniste) to lead a hands‑on training workshop for retail and supermarket inventory professionals. The trainer will share practical knowledge gained from years of managing stock in fast‑moving retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a full‑day training session covering stock organization, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Demonstrate best practices for shelf layout, product rotation, and inventory accuracy.
• Answer participant questions and provide real‑world examples from previous retail experience.
• Prepare training materials, including checklists, visual aids, and case studies.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements for future workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a stock manager or rayonniste in retail or supermarket settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage adult learners.
• Availability to conduct the workshop on short notice.
