Formateur/Expert – Chef de Projet en Intelligence Artificielle

About the role

Trust Africa seeks a seasoned Trainer/Expert to equip Ivorian professionals with the skills needed to lead Artificial Intelligence projects from conception to production. The role focuses on building capacity in AI project management, data governance, and ethical deployment within the local market context.

Key responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive curriculum covering AI project lifecycle: scoping, data collection, governance, modeling, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Deliver hands‑on workshops using sector‑relevant use cases such as precision agriculture, mobile money, health, and public administration.
• Teach agile project‑management methodologies applied to AI, including Scrum, Kanban, and CRISP‑DM.
• Raise awareness of ethical issues, algorithmic bias, and data‑governance standards.
• Assess participants’ AI maturity levels and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support project teams in defining and structuring their AI road‑maps.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years leading AI or data‑focused projects.
• Project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
• Strong pedagogical abilities and intercultural communication skills.
