Formateur(trice) Revit & AutoCAD

About the role

Adecco CI is looking for an independent consultant to deliver professional training on Revit and AutoCAD for the construction and public works sector in Côte d'Ivoire. The trainer will design and lead practical sessions for beginners to advanced users, ensuring participants acquire the skills needed for BIM 3D modeling and technical drafting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands‑on training modules covering Revit (BIM 3D modeling, families, sections, quantity take‑off) and AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting, plotting, templates).
• Adapt course content to the skill level and specific needs of each audience.
• Create supporting materials, exercises, and case studies relevant to the local BTP context.
• Assess learner outcomes and issue professional certificates upon successful completion.
• Provide personalized technical assistance during and after sessions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Adecco CI’s CAO/BIM training catalogue.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, Industrial Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a design office, architecture firm, or construction company, with a proven record of teaching or tutoring.
• Strong pedagogical skills: clear communication, patience, and ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Professional fluency in French and good organizational abilities.
• Previous experience as an accredited trainer or in a vocational training centre is a plus.
