Fraud Communications Officer (Abidjan)

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑oriented Fraud Communications Officer to join our Fraud Risk team in Abidjan. You will act as the first point of contact for users and agents facing fraud‑related issues, ensuring a smooth experience while helping to detect and resolve fraudulent activity.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from users or agents regarding fraud or commission adjustments, providing clear guidance and support.
• Analyze customer and agent activity to identify and close fraud cases, aiming to resolve tickets within 48 hours.
• Detect patterns in feedback and propose improvements to the user experience and fraud prevention processes.
• Escalate major issues affecting multiple users and advocate for rapid resolution.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and French; additional local language is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a call‑center‑based customer support role, preferably back‑office.
• Primary education with a minimum of two years of undergraduate study; an IT background is advantageous.
• Legal authorization to work in Côte d’Ivoire.
