Fraud Communications Officer (Abidjan)

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑oriented Fraud Communications Officer to join our Fraud Risk team in Abidjan. You will act as the first point of contact for users and agents who encounter suspicious activity, ensuring a smooth experience while helping to protect our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from users or agents reporting fraud or commission issues.
• Analyze patterns in user feedback and collaborate with fraud analysts to improve detection and prevention.
• Identify and prioritize major issues affecting multiple users and advocate for rapid resolution.
• Close support tickets within 48 hours and respond to requisition requests promptly.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (native or professional level); additional local language is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a call‑center or back‑office customer support role.
• Secondary education plus a minimum of two years of undergraduate study.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about fraud patterns.
