Freelance Community Manager & Website Manager

About the role

SYNERGIES CONSEILS ET SERVICES (SCS) seeks a freelance professional to boost its digital presence. You will be responsible for animating the company’s LinkedIn page and maintaining its website, ensuring all communications reflect the firm’s visual identity and positioning as a leading consulting cabinet in Côte d'Ivoire.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an editorial calendar for SCS’s LinkedIn page, covering expertise, projects, news and value‑added content.
• Write, design and publish posts, articles and visuals that highlight SCS’s services and achievements.
• Engage the community by responding to messages and comments and growing a qualified follower base (executives, CFOs, HR directors, institutions, etc.).
• Update and maintain the SCS website (content, news, contact forms, basic SEO).
• Track performance indicators (LinkedIn analytics, website traffic) and deliver a monthly report.
• Ensure graphic and editorial consistency with SCS’s navy‑blue and gold brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management or digital marketing, preferably for consulting, financial services or B2B firms.
• Strong command of French writing.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and bring creative ideas.

Required skills

• LinkedIn tools (company page, LinkedIn Analytics, Sales Navigator).
• Content Management System – WordPress or equivalent.
• Design tools such as Canva.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
