French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer service team. As the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will deliver friendly, solution‑focused support via phone and live chat, helping to build trust and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to improve products, processes, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to align on goals and maintain consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with strong communication skills.
• Reliable home office setup with a PC (i5 or higher), stable 25 Mbps internet, and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
