About the role

We are looking for a dedicated childcare professional to provide personalized care for children in private homes in Abidjan. The role is offered by MG HOME SERVICE, an international leader in personal services, and involves working under the supervision of a sector manager.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily care routines respecting the child’s rhythm, including hygiene, dressing, and nap times.
• Support the child’s development of autonomy and independence.
• Monitor the child’s general health and report any concerns.
• Organize age‑appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly living space and care for equipment used.
• Prepare and serve meals according to the child’s needs.
• Document daily observations and communicate them to parents and the sector manager.

Required profile

• CAP or BEP qualification in a health, social or educational field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience with young children, in childcare, health‑social or preschool settings.
• Discretion, integrity and a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication, responsibility and pedagogical sense.
• Strong observation, anticipation and initiative.
• Fluency in French.
