About the role
The printing and publishing company is looking for a Stock Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the General Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory items produced by the company.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and improve stock tracking tools.
- Coordinate supply and delivery movements.
- Ensure proper storage and compliance of received products.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative checks on incoming items.
- Set up and monitor regular inventories.
- Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses.
- Generate periodic stock statements.
- Prepare an inventory report after each stock count.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar stock management role.
- Familiarity with stock management software.
- Strong command of Excel.
- Organised, methodical, rigorous and responsive.
- Natural authority and availability to act when needed.
