HR Administrative Assistant – Abidjan

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our fast‑growing fintech team in Abidjan. You will ensure that all HR documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner while supporting employee queries and HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and circulate employment contracts, promotions, amendments and work certificates.
• Support pre‑onboarding by communicating with selected candidates and collecting required documents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date physical and digital employee records.
• Provide payroll support with information on leaves, sick days, suspensions and resignations.
• Liaise with external partners such as the Social Security Administration for maternity and work‑accident matters.
• Stay informed on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, employee handbooks and procedures.
• Answer employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR‑related projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Work authorization for Côte d'Ivoire.
