HR Supervisor

About the role

The HR Supervisor will provide operational HR support to production leaders, ensuring effective employee relations, workforce planning, compliance and engagement. This role contributes to a safe, productive workplace and supports overall workforce performance for a global food‑ingredients company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, monitor attendance and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage contractor and temporary workforce administration, including compliance and invoice approval.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, and coordinate internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or Social Sciences.
• 3‑8 years of HR experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or production environments, managing large blue‑collar workforces.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, employee relations and HR operations.
