Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labour laws, and drive talent management strategies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement effective HR solutions that address business challenges.
• Plan and manage external manpower service providers and contractors.
• Ensure all HR compliance with the country’s labour legislation.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Implement performance management systems and act as a change agent for organizational improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proficiency in French language.
