Inclusion Communications Officer

About the role

The Inclusion Communications Officer will lead the development and delivery of communication initiatives that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities and support the broader DEI framework across MSF WaCA. The role combines data analysis, content creation, and collaboration with internal and field teams to ensure inclusive messaging reaches all audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage communication content on inclusion of people with disabilities, including website updates, newsletters, posters and guides.
• Analyse data and trends to improve inclusion communication, define KPIs and produce quarterly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the MSF Inclusion Hub, Mobile Inclusive Operations Officer and field projects to design and implement inclusion strategies and support field visits.
• Support internal campaigns on safeguarding and DEI, create educational materials and disseminate messages through internal channels.

Required profile

• University degree in communication, social sciences, political science or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communications, public relations or community management, preferably within an international NGO.
• Working proficiency in English and French.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and critical‑thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in website development and maintenance using CMS platforms.
