About the role
The company is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to create and develop NovaMec agricultural machines and food‑processing units, covering the full product lifecycle from specification to industrialisation.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret client specifications and translate them into detailed design concepts.
- Develop 3‑D models and assemblies using CAD tools.
- Perform simulations, tolerance analysis and prototype validation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and project teams to ensure smooth transition to production.
- Document design decisions and maintain technical files throughout the project.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong interest in special machines, industrial or agricultural equipment.
- Innovative mindset and ability to manage projects independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Inventor (or equivalent CAD software).
