About the role

BETEC-CI is seeking a confirmed Structural Engineer to join its construction team in Abidjan. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality structural designs for a variety of building projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structural models and calculations using Revit, Robot Structural Analysis, CYPE and ARCHE.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, reports and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural solutions.
• Perform design reviews, value engineering and risk assessments.
• Ensure all designs meet safety standards, local regulations and project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Master’s level education (BAC+5) in civil or structural engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with Robot Structural Analysis.
• Proficiency with CYPE.
• Proficiency with ARCHE.
