Inspection, Quality Control & Safety & Security Director

About the role

Join Xanh SM, a leading electric‑vehicle and sustainable mobility provider, as the Director of Inspection, Quality Control, Safety & Security. You will shape the compliance strategy for the Côte d'Ivoire market and support the company’s global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance strategies across the organization.
• Design the division’s structure, headcount plans, and managerial capabilities.
• Lead employee engagement, performance programs, and division‑wide execution.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and analysis of operational KPIs.
• Implement technology solutions to optimise systems, processes and regulations.
• Oversee inspection, quality control, safety and fraud‑control activities globally.
• Coordinate with Legal to keep compliance frameworks up‑to‑date.
• Lead development of fraud‑risk identification systems and conduct post‑inspection reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Law, Security/Police preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in inspection/control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in strategy, organisation and performance management.
• Experience in transportation services is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, solution‑oriented and service‑minded.
• Deep knowledge of risk management and internal control.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
