Inspection, Quality Control & Safety & Security Director

About the role

Lead the overall strategy and operations of the Inspection, Quality Control, and Safety & Security Division across Côte d'Ivoire markets, driving compliance, governance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compliance strategies and solutions across the company.
• Build organizational structure, headcount plans and managerial capability.
• Lead employee engagement, performance programs and division-wide execution.
• Manage budgeting, cost control and analysis of operational KPIs.
• Implement technology solutions and optimise systems, processes and regulations.
• Oversee inspection, quality control, safety and fraud control activities globally.
• Coordinate with Legal to maintain updated compliance frameworks.
• Lead development of fraud‑risk identification systems and conduct post‑inspection reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Law, Security/Police preferred).
• 10+ years in inspection/control, including 3+ years in management.
• Strong experience in strategy, organisation and performance management.
• Experience in transportation services is a plus.
• Ability to work under high pressure, solution‑oriented and service‑minded.
• Deep knowledge of risk management & internal control.
• Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills.
