IT Support & CCTV Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Support & CCTV Marketing Officer to provide technical assistance for laptops and computer equipment while promoting CCTV cameras and security solutions. The role combines hands‑on IT support with active sales and marketing of security products.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and related accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including OS and driver installations.
• Perform regular maintenance, security updates and data backup tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end‑users.
• Manage IT inventory and assist with basic network troubleshooting.
• Promote CCTV cameras and security solutions to potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with clients to maintain relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and participate in marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, technical sales, CCTV or a related field.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Marketing or a related discipline is an advantage.
