Key Account Manager – Oral Health Care

About the role

The client, a leading consumer health organization, seeks a commercially‑minded Key Account Manager to drive growth of its Oral Health Care portfolio across Côte d'Ivoire, Benin and Togo. You will work closely with distributors, wholesalers and key retail partners to expand market share and ensure excellent commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales, profit and market‑share targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, key accounts and retail partners.
• Lead joint business planning and customer negotiations to generate mutual growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve product availability and increase market penetration.
• Drive in‑store execution, merchandising, promotional activities and visibility initiatives.
• Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning and distributor performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 5‑8 years of commercial sales experience in FMCG, consumer health or related fast‑moving consumer industries.
• Proven experience managing distributors, wholesalers and key customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of route‑to‑market strategies and trade execution.
• Experience in Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Togo or broader West African markets is advantageous.
