About the role

We are looking for a dedicated early childhood educator to join our new kindergarten in Bouaké. The successful candidate will lead a classroom of young children, creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports their social, emotional and cognitive development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate educational and play activities.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during classroom time and outings.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, communicating observations to parents and staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized learning space and prepare necessary materials.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop curriculum and share best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma in preschool education, early childhood care or equivalent (BAC, CAP Petite Enfance accepted).
• Patience, kindness and a caring attitude toward young children.
• Creativity in designing playful learning experiences.
• Good listening and observation skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and teamwork spirit.
