About the role

Elite Intérim is seeking a passionate manager to lead a high‑end beauty salon in Abidjan. The role combines luxury service standards with day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all salon operations, ensuring compliance with quality and luxury standards.
• Plan and manage staff schedules for hair and aesthetic teams.
• Guarantee a premium client experience and handle customer satisfaction and complaints.
• Drive sales performance, monitor commercial targets, and implement growth initiatives.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and ordering processes.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to enhance their skills.

Required profile

• Higher education in management, commerce, hospitality, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing a beauty salon, luxury establishment, or service‑oriented business.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
• Leadership, organization, rigor, autonomy, and a results‑driven attitude.
• Professional presentation and familiarity with management software tools.
