Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Specialist

About the role

ATLM EXPO, a leading West African exhibition organizer, is seeking a Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Specialist to boost its visibility across Côte d’Ivoire and internationally. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with public institutions and private sector partners while shaping the brand of one of the region’s fastest‑growing exhibition platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop partnerships with ministries, embassies, chambers of commerce, professional associations and international organisations.
• Identify and negotiate sponsorship and co‑branding opportunities.
• Manage media relationships with TV, radio, print and digital outlets.
• Coordinate outdoor advertising (billboards, airports, malls, LED screens).
• Run digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google and email platforms.
• Lead PR activities and corporate communications.
• Prepare marketing presentations and sponsorship proposals.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports.
• Support promotion of all ATLM EXPO international exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive and result‑oriented mindset.
