Marketplace Manager / Business Analyst

About the role

The Marketplace Manager will lead the optimisation of marketplace operations, analysing market trends and developing strategies to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement marketplace strategies to increase user engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify pain points in the user journey and propose solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Work with product teams to implement features that enhance the marketplace experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, negotiating agreements to optimise offerings.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketplace management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
