Medical Device Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Device Sales Specialist to lead our commercial activities in Côte d'Ivoire. You will be responsible for growing our market presence, building relationships with key customers, and delivering sales results for our extensive medical device portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across Côte d'Ivoire.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote WEGO’s product portfolio and related solutions to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Manage distributor networks and support channel partners in target markets.
• Participate in public tenders and manage the full bidding process.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and gather customer insights to support strategic decisions.
• Represent WEGO at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Strong understanding of Côte d'Ivoire medical procurement processes and tender systems.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
