Mining Human Resources Manager (m/f)

About the role

The Mining Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for a mining operation, overseeing both operational and development activities. This role ensures that HR processes for local and expatriate staff align with the Group’s overall HR strategy while supporting the unique needs of the mining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including admission, registration, onboarding, and selection of candidates.
• Oversee salary processing, occupational medicine coordination, and employee registration management.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs tailored to mining operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and align HR activities with the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Support expatriate HR processes and facilitate mobility as required.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the mining sector and a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational HR and development processes.
• Familiarity with local labour legislation (preferred).
• Proficiency in French and ability to work in a mobile, on‑site environment.
