Mobile Money Solution Architect & Project Lead

About the role

This position leads the design, delivery and evolution of Huawei's Mobile Money platform for a key customer in Côte d'Ivoire. The role combines solution architecture, project management and direct customer interaction to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between Huawei and the customer for Mobile Money projects, overseeing requirements, design, coordination and reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution planning and design, covering business processes, system architecture, functional modules, third‑party integration, security, deployment and operational support.
• Gather, clarify and manage customer requirements across business, technical, compliance and commercial domains.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, perform gap analysis and propose feasible solutions.
• Coordinate internal product, development, testing, delivery, operations, security and support teams to meet scope, quality and schedule commitments.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, requirement clarification meetings and project progress sessions.
• Prepare and present status reports, solution proposals, risk assessments and issue‑resolution plans to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project and technical risks early, and lead resolution of major platform issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Finance or a related field.
• Significant experience in Mobile Money solutions, solution architecture and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead customer workshops, coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
