About the role

We are looking for a qualified nanny to provide in‑home childcare for families in Abidjan. The role may involve staying overnight at the client’s residence or commuting daily, depending on the family’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the child with daily routines such as toileting, dressing, and naptime while respecting the child’s rhythm.
• Support the child in developing autonomy and independence.
• Monitor the child’s general health and ensure safety at all times.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate educational and recreational activities to stimulate development.
• Prepare and serve meals according to the child’s dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment and care for all equipment used.
• Communicate relevant information about the child to parents and the sector manager.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience in child care.
• At least a BEPC level of education.
• Personal qualities: discretion, integrity, kindness, good listening skills, politeness, pedagogical approach, autonomy, initiative, strong observation, good presentation, and solid command of French.
