职位概况
负责非洲储能项目的全流程开发，涵盖机会识别、投资分析、政府审批及融资闭环，推动项目落地并实现销售目标。
主要职责
- 开发非洲储能项目，参与从前期机会识别到项目投产的全部环节。
- 进行投资分析、政府审批及融资谈判，确保项目资金闭环。
- 建立并深化与当地政府、合作伙伴及其他利益相关方的合作关系。
- 负责指定地区的项目销售拓展，完成公司下达的销售任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备3年以上新能源或相关行业工作经验。
- 有非洲常驻经验者优先，能够使用法语和中文进行工作。
- 接受在非洲长期驻扎或频繁出差。
- 熟悉非洲文化，能够建立当地信任关系并应对政局波动、电力短缺、物流延误等突发问题。
- 具备现场协调和应急预案处理能力。
