Opérateur de production – Bouaké

About the role

The company is looking for a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Bouaké. The role involves operating production line machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting maintenance activities in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line machines, guaranteeing conformity of manufactured products.
• Perform machine set‑up, adjustments and optimisation to increase output and minimise waste.
• Carry out quality checks including incoming inspection, self‑inspection and change‑over verification.
• Clean, inspect and lubricate equipment; participate in preventive and autonomous maintenance.
• Maintain accurate daily production and maintenance reports.
• Assist with inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Apply QHSE rules and 5S principles rigorously.
• Support team discipline, efficiency and performance, and help train new operators.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (Bac+2) in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in a similar production role within an industrial setting.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork orientation and problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial equipment and production processes.
• Machine set‑up, adjustment and first‑level maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industrial hazards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Basic understanding of energy efficiency and environmental protection.
