Operations Accountant

About the role
The Operations Accountant will ensure accurate recording and reporting of trade offers, spending, and the Accounts Receivable portfolio. The role supports pricing, supplier invoicing, and cash‑flow management while adhering to internal SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor trade offers, spending and related accounts to guarantee correct customer checks and collections.
- Prepare and maintain supplier price structures, obtain approvals, and adjust costs as needed, issuing debit and credit notes.
- Issue sales price lists aligned with approved price structures.
- Control supplier receivable/payable processes, ensure timely debits, reconcile accounts, and follow up on collections.
- Implement budget controls, verify fact‑sheet approvals, and allocate receipts to protect net margins.
- Process trade offers in JD Edwards to ensure correct invoicing each month.
- Act as a role model by living the company’s purpose daily.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in accounting.
Required skills
- JD Edwards (ERP) proficiency.
