Operations Manager – Asset Integrity

About the role

OCS Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its Asset Integrity Management Services (AIMS) business. Based in Abidjan, you will oversee offshore maintenance projects, drive business development, and ensure commercial success across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives and expand market presence.
• Manage offshore asset integrity, engineering, inspection, maintenance and repair projects.
• Control profitability through budgeting, cost control and commercial management.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, tenders and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory and local content requirements.
• Oversee vendors, procurement and supply‑chain performance.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Promote innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Industrial, Marine or Naval Architecture Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine or Shipyard industries.
• Proven track record delivering offshore fabrication, repair, maintenance and asset integrity projects.
• Strong business development, tendering and commercial management experience.
• Fluent English; French preferred.
