Operations Manager – Sales, Distribution & Market Analysis

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead sales, distribution and market analysis activities, turning complex data into actionable business recommendations. This position requires strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with ERP and BI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for sales performance and distribution analysis.
• Manage ERP system reporting for inventory, sales, and operational metrics.
• Conduct market analysis and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations management, sales analysis, distribution or commercial operations.
• Proven experience in FMCG, trading or a product‑driven business environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data analysis, dashboard creation).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems for sales reporting and inventory management.
• Power BI or other business intelligence tools (strong advantage).
