Operations Supervisor – Fleet Management

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle and driver management, maintenance coordination, and service quality control. This hands‑on role suits candidates with automotive experience and strong organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the driver and vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims.
• Monitor service quality, revenue performance, and team productivity.
• Manage and train new drivers and support performance recognition programs.
• Organize driver groups into efficient, manageable clusters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Automotive, Business, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and insurance processes.
• Hands‑on experience managing technical vehicle issues and driver operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in operational and incident scenarios.
