Passenger Services Officer

About the role

The Passenger Services Officer supports the Flight Scheduling and Passenger Services Manager and acts as deputy to ensure seamless passenger operations across Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal and Burkina Faso. The role coordinates travel logistics, manages passenger communications and maintains operational efficiency while upholding safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate passenger bookings, flight manifests and employee rotations for EDV sites.
• Communicate itineraries, flight changes, delays and cancellations to passengers and stakeholders.
• Support VIP, investor, management and special‑mission flights, liaising with airlines, ground handlers and airport service providers.
• Prepare and verify passenger manifests and related operational documentation.
• Provide professional assistance to passengers before, during and after travel, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with baggage, safety and company travel procedures.
• Maintain travel records, operational reports and assist with departmental reporting.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the passenger experience.

Required profile

• Certification in Aviation, Tourism, Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in aviation operations, passenger services, flight coordination or travel management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with mining‑site procedures and lifestyle is a plus.
• Strong safety mindset, high professionalism and discretion.
