Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Ivory Coast

About the role

Our client, a leading global Consumer Healthcare company, seeks a dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their field team in Ivory Coast. The role focuses on engaging healthcare professionals, promoting therapeutic solutions, and driving territory sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality detailing sessions with HCPs, presenting clinical data and therapeutic value.
• Build trusted relationships with HCPs across the assigned territory and recruit them onto digital platforms.
• Leverage multiple engagement channels – face‑to‑face, remote calls, email, webinars – to promote products and digital tools.
• Distribute medical samples in compliance with standards and support patient trials.
• Track and achieve KPIs such as AWR, BRMO, SoR and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and support scientific and promotional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare commercial role.
• Fluent in English and French (verbal communication essential).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and legal right to work in Ivory Coast.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva or similar).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
