About the role

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is the leading global environmental authority, setting the agenda for sustainable development. This G6 Programme Management Assistant position is based in the GEF Biodiversity and Land Degradation Unit, West Africa, at the Abidjan duty station.

Key responsibilities

Support the Task Manager for the West Africa region and the Head of the GEF BD/LD Unit in programme management activities.

Required profile

Works under the direct supervision of the Task Manager and the overall guidance of the Unit Head.
