Project Manager – Global Health Technology

About the role

Bluesquare is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate medium to large‑scale health information system projects across multiple countries. The role involves overseeing projects from tender to implementation, ensuring high‑quality delivery in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients and partners, defining roadmaps and coordinating with country managers and technical leads.
• Monitor project progress from design to completion, managing budgets, donor reporting and contractual obligations.
• Navigate institutional and governance environments, engaging ministries, donors and multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and reports in collaboration with technical leads.
• Use Bluesquare’s project management tools (JIRA, Odoo) and update project documentation.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional experience in large International Development or Global Health projects.
• Proven experience managing medium to large projects in multicultural settings.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English (C1 minimum).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and autonomous working skills.
