Projects Coordinator

About the role

The Projects Coordinator supports and coordinates multiple construction and engineering projects so they run smoothly and stay aligned with schedules, budgets and quality standards. The role acts as a central link between project teams, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, proper documentation and timely follow-up on all project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules, work plans and resource allocation, and coordinate activities across teams and disciplines
• Track progress against schedules, highlight delays and risks, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Maintain dashboards and update KPIs for management review
• Act as communication link between project managers, site teams, consultants and contractors; organize meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items
• Maintain project documentation (drawings, contracts, reports, submittals) with proper version control
• Track RFIs, approvals and submittals, and assist in tracking variations, claims and contract deliverables
• Support quantity surveyors and project managers with documentation, and maintain logs for change orders and correspondence
• Help identify project risks and track mitigation measures, and support health, safety and environmental documentation

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in construction or project coordination roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project workflows

Required skills

• Familiarity with project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel
